Hugging this character: Yes, but he may react violently depending on how well he knows the instigator.
Kissing this character: Yes, but he may react very violently depending on his relationship with the person.

Warnings:

Firo has a very short temper and when he snaps he's prone to using violence. Subjects that may get him to react as such include insulting his Family/friends, calling him cute/girly, etc. If you aren't sure how he'll react, please feel free to ask me.
